The geography of everyday life includes many aspects. Tourism, which is a tertiary industry, is one of the many aspects. The growth of tourism in Singapore is due to its strategic location. It sits in the centre of South East Asia. To further enhance accessibility and allow Singapore to be on international air routes, the Singapore Changi Airport was built. The airport is essentially important in this age of globalisation.
